1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Here-Host services, including dedicated servers, VPS infrastructure, colocation, domains, and portal functionality.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all actions performed through your account.

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details and to keep them up to date while using our services.

3. Orders, Provisioning, and Billing

Service availability, provisioning windows, and pricing are displayed at checkout or in your quote. Provisioning timelines are estimates unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Fees are due according to the billing cycle selected for the service. Unpaid invoices may lead to service suspension or cancellation after notice periods defined in the client portal.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use Here-Host services for unlawful activity, network abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, denial-of-service attacks, spam campaigns, or rights infringement.

We may investigate incidents and apply temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination where abuse, security risk, or legal exposure is identified.

5. Data, Backups, and Security

Unless explicitly stated in a managed service agreement, you remain responsible for your own application-level backups, disaster recovery plans, and endpoint security.

Here-Host secures underlying platform components according to internal policies but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in all circumstances.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Where practicable, notice will be sent using the account email address.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Here-Host is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
